COMPLETED PROJECTS. HAPPY CUSTOMERS.
Plasma-cut from 16 gauge aluminum the enclosure was perforated for ventilation. The parts were then formed on a CNC press brake and tumbled in media for a consistent surface finish.
6061 Aluminum precisely cut using a semi-automated metal saw. Fixtured on a welding table to ensure precise alignment of critical features and squareness of the frame.
Stainless steel plate stock laser-cut in-house on our 4 Kw machine then tumbled in media to remove burrs and provide a uniform surface finish.
Baltic Birch plywood precisely machined on our in-house CNC router. The automatic tool changer enabled the full sheet to be processed in a single operation.
Stainless steel plates made using a waterjet cutter. Plates were then prepped for weld and fixtured precisely. Expertly TIG welded to minimize warpage and provide strength.
